After growing up in Michigan with its long cold winters and then living in Montana for ten years, Debbie spent many chilly evenings dreaming of living in a tropical climate. After visiting Hawaii the first time, she knew she had found her new home. It wasn't long before she and her husband made the move with their two dogs, Max and Mia, and settled in on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Debbie has a background in residential lighting and interior design. She enjoys using her design experience both to help Sellers stage their homes as they prepare to list, but also to help Buyers find hidden potential that might otherwise be overlooked as they evaluate properties during their home searches.
As a Clark Realty agent, Debbie has access to the best available industry tools to help Sellers market a property both locally and worldwide and to work with Buyers during a property search. Debbie's commitment to her clients is to genuinely listen to your needs and to work tirelessly on your behalf. If you are planning a move to East Hawaii, she looks forward to assisting you in fulfilling your own dream of home ownership in Hawaii. If you are preparing to move away from Hawaii or sell an investment property, Debbie will work to make that process as stress free and efficient as possible for you.
Please contact Debbie with your questions about relocating to Hawaii (she's done it, so she knows the realities), about current real estate market trends on the Big Island, or about preparing your home for a successful sale.
